Things institutions actually ask us.

How long does onboarding take? +
Most institutions are live within 7–14 days. We migrate your existing student data from Excel or any other ERP, set up your classes/sections and fee heads, and train your front office in a single 90-minute session. Your first fee receipt can go out on day 1.
Do you charge per student or per module? +
Neither. Pricing is a simple flat annual fee per institution, determined by your student count bracket. Every module in your plan is included, plus 10,000 WhatsApp messages per year on the house. Beyond the quota you top up at Meta's published rates — we don't mark them up.
Where is our data hosted? +
Your institution runs on its own isolated tenant, with daily backups to OneDrive/SharePoint you control. Data never mingles with another institution's, and you can pull a full database export whenever you want. Self-hosted option also available.
Does it work outside the Indian board system? +
The exam engine is fully configurable — subjects, exams, weightages, grading scales and pass criteria are all per-institution settings, so CBSE, state boards and custom schemes all map cleanly. White-label branding, custom domains and per-institution configuration make adapted deployments practical; talk to us about your specific country's requirements.
What if we already have a fee software? +
We've migrated institutions off UOLO, Campus365, Edunext and homegrown Excel sheets. Historical fee balances, student rosters and enrollment history all come across — the Old Accounts module even keeps your pre-ERP balances payable with their own receipt series.
Do you offer a free trial? +
We offer a 30-minute live walkthrough with your staff on a real demo tenant that looks like your institution. If you want to try it with 10–20 students before committing, we can run a paid pilot and credit it to your first year.
